Welcome to the Isophit App. This app brings together several structured Isophit programs, each designed to help you develop isometric strength in a precise, repeatable way. If you’re new to Isophit, we recommend starting with the Welcome Program. This introductory program uses a simple 10-exercise sequence and allows you to adjust your exercise time, rest time, and the number of cycles you complete. It’s designed to help you learn the system, build familiarity with the exercises, and progress at a pace that matches your current capacity. Once you’re comfortable, you’ll also find our signature 30inThirty Strength Series. These programs feature 30 isometric exercises performed in a structured sequence, creating a comprehensive full-body training experience. Whether you’re just getting started or following a specific performance pathway, each program is fully adjustable so you can tailor the session to your goals, schedule, and training demands.
